A Strong Close: A bit of lead gen and a bit of planning to wrap the year in a bow.

Shay moved to Chicago in 2012 and jumped into real estate in a brand new city where she didn’t know anyone and was new to real estate. Within 4 years she was averaging $30M a year in real estate and now has a small team consisting of two other agents, averaging over $65M per year.  In 2020 she moved to Denver with her husband, Nobu Hata, the CEO of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, and her 5 year old son and is now running her business remotely from Denver.
