Realvolve Weekly Updates

We at Realvolve push new features, enhancements and bug fixes to production i.e. live many times per day without taking site offline or without the need to show maintenance pages except for the largest, most complex feature releases. We follow the “Continuous Delivery” methodology and thus we do lots of “little” deployments quite often. Our average monthly uptime is 99.71% based on a 12 month Pingdom report and 99.99% for the last 3 months. Thank you for your continued support and suggestions in making Realvolve a great product.

Weekly Update February 13

New UI Updates:  (the below list you can add to rv updates on site) and also include in an email update with the OD ui update below those.

• Feature: Added a verification pending message to the Sendgrid verification process (please make sure you Verify your email if prompted)
• Feature Added: Record owners and Admins now have ability to select and view specific team members ‘notes and correspondence’
• Feature Added: In view all activity, there is now an option to ‘select all’
• Feature Added: Activity count now displays next to ‘Due Today’ and ‘Past Due’ activities
• Feature Added: New widgets - Pending Transactions, Active Properties, and Upcoming Appointments
• Feature: Adds a new default avatar if one not added by the agent
• Updated: Added the selection options to the search bar to search for select records
• Updated: The rFactor Prediction widget has been renamed to “Predictive IQ”
• Updated: The Contact Cross Section widget has been renamed to “Relationship Builder”
• Updated: The Twitter/X outdated integration has been removed
• Fixed: Goals under ‘settings’ has been updated and now working
• Fixed: the scrolling in the Tags list under Contact Filters
• Fixed: An issue where the Attachments would not be listed in the Template Editor
• Fixed: Auto update the list of Templates so that it updates as soon as a Template's Title is changed
• Fixed: Issue where page numbers could be missing from the ‘Trash’ page when logged in as another user
• Fixed: The ‘Do Not Send’ and ‘Send Email’ buttons when using Actions to send emails

Old UI Updates: Need to write a reminder on the below

• The old UI is scheduled to retire on March 15th. For those that are still using the old ui, please switch to the new one and start using it. We don’t want you being surprised one day and wonder where the old app is.

Weekly Update December 12th:

• Fixed Calendar display issue when working in the Workflow Editor page
• Added drag-and-drop functionality for Widgets in the New UI
• Refreshed the Template Statistics page with the New UI
• Resolved sidebar navigation issues within Template Statistics
• Added the ability to hide the prompts button in the AI section until user logout
• Enhanced activity sidebar to show associated record name of the Contact, Property, or Transaction

• Added 'Active Properties' widget to New UI
• Added 'Pending Transactions' widget to New UI"
• Added 'Upcoming Appointments' widget to New UI
• Fixed 'contacts' filter: selected filters now remain unless changed manually
• Fixed issue where the 'anti-spam' warning for mass emailing stretched across entire screen, making the checkbox un-viewable

Weekly Update November 26th:

• Updated the list view of Tags so they list In alphabetical order
• Added a scroll bar to the list of Tags in the New UI to allow many more Tags to be listed on 1 page
• Added a button to edit Tags to the New UI
• Fixed an issue where the checkboxes in the Activities list would appear thinner
• Updated dashboard widgets so they would update more frequently
• Adjusted the Team Reporting Widget to update at the same time as other Widget

Update:

• Fixed the ability to run Actions within the New UI
• Made the UI switch button available for everyone
• Added scrollbar when needed to the Relationship Builder Widget
• Fixed an issue where Checklists would not appear (New UI)
• Added a checkbox to complete Activities to the Activity Editor page (New UI)
• Updated the creating new Contact Filters (New UI)
• Fixed the ability to delete Activities that were created by a Workflow
• Fixed the wrong list of Activities being shown when a user uses the ‘Login As’ option 
• Removed the count from Notes & Correspondence
• Updated and minimized ‘view entire body’ of emails in the Notes & Correspondence
• Updated the RFactor Prediction widget to Predictive IQ
• Updated the Contact Cross Section widget to Relationship Builder
• Fixed the Skip button when completing Activities with Actions (New UI)
• Updated the "Due Today/Past Due" view of the list of Activities in the Sidebar to include only the Activities that are ‘assigned to’ the current user (New UI)

• Fixed an issue where some users could see a "Something went wrong" page when logging in
• Fixed an issue with completing Activities from the All Activities table (New UI)
• Updated an issue where Checklist items could appear out of order

• Fixed issue with select Transaction Filters (close date still pending)
• Fixed issue with creating new Contact Filters
• Updated popup confirmation messages not appearing for some email Settings
• Added the ability to hide the suggested prompts from the AI section
• Added a Reply button to emails in the Notes & Correspondence section (New UI)
• Fixed issue with trying to copy a Template from the sidebar or from within the Template Editor
• Fixed issues where the list of Attachments being added by a Tag would not display when sending an email from an Activity
• Made adjustments to the new Notes & Correspondence section (New UI)

• Fixed issue where the Property Type and Source fields would show the value's ID rather than their Name (Old UI)
• Updated the ‘Use With’ to Transaction in the Template Editor would not set the Via to Transactional
• Updated issue when an Activity to the Calendar would require a refresh before being displayed
• Updated ‘Merge Field’ dropdown list in the Subject field of the Template Editor
• Fixed changes not saving in the More dropdown on the Calendar page
• Updated new Activities displaying when they're added to the Calendar, without a refresh
